Training Cancellation Policies
CLASS Training Sessions:
If YOU cancel:
Our training classes have limited class capacity and our instructor availability is also limited. If YOU cancel, we require a minimum of 48 hours or more advance notice before the class start time that you will not be able to attend. Send your email message of cancellation with your name, the name of the class, and the class date to: [email protected]
Your fee will be refunded only if you cancel 48 hours or more in advance.
If you cancel in less than 48 hours you will receive a store credit that can be applied toward a future training session, toward range membership, or applied to store merchandise. You may also transfer your range instruction to another individual if the individual meets all the training prerequisites and is qualified to assume your place.
You will not receive a refund if you cancel in less than 24 hours before the class start time, or if you do not notify us that you will not be attending. If you are a “no-show” and did not notify us, you likely caused someone else to be unable to attend because of the limited availability in our classes.

If WE cancel:
We rarely cancel class or group training. However, if it is necessary, you will receive an email that we have canceled. We will make every effort to post the cancellation at our website: www.budsgunshopky.com
Please always check the Buds KY website just before you head our to our class training for any potential updates!
If we cancel, at your option, we will apply your fee towards a future training session, or we will refund your instruction fee.
Personal Firearm Instruction/Individual Training Sessions:

We make special arrangements to reserve an instructor and range time just for you!
If you change your mind or are unable to attend, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance — in writing — via email to: [email protected]
Your fee will be refunded if you cancel 48 hours in advance.
If you cancel in less than 48 hours you will receive a store credit that can be applied toward a future training session, toward range membership, or applied to store merchandise. You may also transfer your range instruction to another individual.
You will not receive a refund if you cancel in less than 24 hours before the personal instruction time, or if you do not notify us that you will not be attending.
Repeated cancellations of individual instruction time may result in our being unable to provide future personal firearm instruction–thank you.

We rarely cancel an individual training session. However, if it is necessary, you will receive both e-mail and phone notification that we have canceled. At your option, we will apply your fee toward future training session, or we will refund your instruction fee.
Training by Instructors other than BudsGunShopKY:
Training provided by guest instructors is provided solely under their unique policies. Any resolutions of payment of training fees, possible cancellations, or refund policies is solely the domain of guest instructors, their policies, and discretion, and not Buds Gun Shop & Range. Please check the website of the guest instructor in advance of signing up for any of this kind of training, and understand those policies in full before you commit.
