I am inexperienced so brought a friend to help me in the range, but the employee I spoke to at the purchasing counter took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for and help me decide what models I wanted to try. He even walked me through how to properly hold and use a pistol since I had previously only shot a revolver. I was never made to feel embarrassed about my lack of experience and left very pleases with my purchase and excited to learn more.

  I was making a purchase yesterday and Jonah was doing a great job, taking care of other customers, I knew he would answer … More a few questions and make a few suggestions in regards to my purchase. He not only went above and beyond he checked me out at the register, after bringing my purchase to the front. There was a little difficulty checking me out and Dana stepped in and assisted Jonah in completing my purchase. Dana and Jonah are to be commended as it was closing time and they were still offering top notch customer service. I have worked in retail and they were on their game.
