I am inexperienced so brought a friend to help me in the range, but the employee I spoke to at the purchasing counter took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for and help me decide what models I wanted to try. He even walked me through how to properly hold and use a pistol since I had previously only shot a revolver. I was never made to feel embarrassed about my lack of experience and left very pleases with my purchase and excited to learn more.
